Character
Georgio
Georgio calls himself the greatest scavenger in the Lower Levels. He arrives with grand claims, suspect bargains and a real talent for getting arrested. Version 1.0 gave him more scenes, though romancing him is still off the table.

- Returns on a fixed schedule with salvage and a plan to build a spaceship; the loan offer is his day-43 visit.
What he brings
| Visit | His pitch and the catch |
|---|---|
| First salvage | Relics of an ancient alien civilization, by his account. His word proves nothing about authenticity. |
| His invention | The “water of tomorrow”. Test it like any other water. |
| Cigarettes | Hemingway packs he swears are genuine; the counterfeit check has lines written for his goods. |
| Upper Levels lot | Salvage at 25% off. If he is arrested, it turns out he broke into an Upper Levels bathhouse. |
| Secret find | Goods he refuses to explain, traced by Security to a break-in at the evidence room. |
| Day 43 | His salvage ship is nearly built and he is broke. Decline, or lend one of the offered sums for a Scav Token and an I.O.U. note. |
Worth knowing
- He does repay: four times the loan, principal included, but only after more than 25 days and on a rent-day check. Keep your rent money separate.
- His day-15 visit is skipped if you picked the Maimed perk.
- Turn the loan down and he goes to the Dumping Grounds for parts instead, with no reward either way.
- He may also carry back waste you dumped at the Dumping Grounds, convinced he is doing you a favor.
