The Butcher comes back from the Abandoned Sections with a satchel of goods, a scav's journal among them. At 450 Credits he is the second-highest bounty on the poster, version 1.0 expanded his backstory, and the post-launch Organ Trader start was pitched at his fans.

Worth knowing
- Check the portrait before the alarm: the citizen title on its own proves nothing.
- The hunt carries no item reward, and the shop's ordinary faction vandalism can still happen.
- He is a Lower Levels member, so the arrest also costs Lower Levels standing.
