Offal

Organs, entrails, cartilage and trimming. While comestible and nutritious, is considered undesirable by most cuisines. Offal (serial #321, offal meat scrap) is a food & drink manifest piece kept in the concourse tray with a rate of 12 credits. Every fence tracks Offal through field recovery for exchange to Merchant.
