Upper Levels
Servants shopping for an employer, bored residents and private chefs come down from the upper floors with real budgets. Their standing is almost purely a trade figure: their deals count at ×1.2, the best rate on the station, and nothing you do with the gun or the alarm touches it.

Worth knowing
- Shooting a confirmed Aug or an ordinary customer does nothing either way for Upper Levels standing; only trade moves it.
- At −100 a hitman is waiting the next time you open the shutter, and the run ends as Assassinated.
- Charity organisers from upstairs donate goods to struggling shops or collect them for people in need below.
- Revolution raids on the upper floors loot homes, and the stolen household goods end up for sale in the Lower Levels.
