Revolution
The Revolution outlived a failed uprising in the Lower Levels and is getting ready for the next one. You cannot trade your way in: its only two customer types are locked behind standing you do not have yet, so the first points must come from somewhere other than the counter.

| Reporting a Revolution customer | −8, then 2 worse each time, down to −20 |
| If the blackmailer is caught | −30 |
Perk ladder
| Standing | Perk | Effect |

| +80 | Raid Loot | Members drop in to sell loot from their raids, at prices that improve with standing. |
| +60 | Friend of the Revolution | Advance notice of most Revolution events, so you are not caught in the crossfire. |
| +40 | Revolution Quartermaster | A quartermaster sells Materials at a discount that grows as standing rises. |
| +20 | Revolution Marketplace Request | Revolution cells start posting Marketplace Requests for you. |
| −40 | Blacklisted | Customers sympathetic to the cause become less likely to visit. |
| −100 | Hit list | A hit squad is assigned to you, and nobody comes to the counter before the bomb goes off. |
Worth knowing
- Arthur Lafleur and Odin Haraldsson on the wanted list are revolutionaries: turning either in pays Security and costs you here.
- Known Snitch starts you at −10 and Blabbermouth halves every gain, which makes these two starting perks a poor match for a Revolution run.
- A Revolution Mobilization sends weapon, medical supply and armor prices surging.
- Security raids on revolutionary safehouses and martial law weaken or suppress the movement.
