Sector 13 Cartel

Trade multiplier ×1 Ending at −100 Retired

The Cartel uses a shop like yours as a front. Its handler promises that no thief will touch the place, leaves supplies to get you started and names a weekly Dream Dust quota at a minimum purity. That quota is the whole relationship; ordinary counter trade barely moves Cartel standing.

Worth knowing

  1. Putting no Dream Dust on the counter at a collection, or dust so far below the asked purity that the handler calls it a scam, also ends the run as Retired.
  2. Dust only a little under the mark is accepted with a warning.
  3. Alarm broadcasts, reports, inspections and shootings do not touch Cartel standing at all.
  4. All six Cartel visits are handler business: the introduction, the weekly collection, check-ins and a Security probe.
